BLB continues its longstanding collaboration with Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) by advising them on a new project initiating from a secured direct loan of USD 18,900,000, provided to local commercial entities for the development and operation of a chain of Wendy’s-branded restaurants.

Wendy's is the second largest fast food chain in the world and its appearance on the Georgian market will advance the competitive environment as well positively impact the food industry and the State economy as a whole.
