BLB advised OPIC on direct secured loan financing of one of the largest wine producers in Georgia

OPIC has provided financing to support for multiple agriculture projects in Georgia including the Teliani Valley winery located near a scenic landmark about 60 miles outside the capital city of Tbilisi.

The OPIC financing has helped Teliani Valley to dramatically increase its production for up to 4.5 million bottles of wine a year. This expanded production is generating income for hundreds of local grape farmers.

We at BLB are proud to be the part of this exciting project and advise OPIC on various complex legal matters related to the project.
